I support people through a wide range of challenges - from anxiety and grief to low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and feeling lost or overwhelmed.
Whether you’re facing something specific or just know things aren’t quite right, therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on and start to feel more like yourself again.
My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and practical strategies that support real change - at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer in-person counselling in Wexford, and online therapy sessions across Ireland.

Why I do this work
I came to this work through my own life experience. Like many people, I’ve faced times of grief, loss, and deep self-reflection - and I know how powerful it can be to have someone walk alongside you through those moments.
That’s what drew me to therapy, and what keeps me committed to learning and growing as a practitioner.
I hold a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MSc in Loss and Bereavement. I’ve also trained in mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and clinical supervision - because I believe good therapists never stop learning.
Above all, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported to move forward - at your own pace.
