About me
I’m Ger, a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through challenges like grief, anxiety, and low self-esteem - as well as many of life’s more difficult moments.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s going on, feel heard and understood, and start to make sense of things - at your own pace, and in your own way.
I hold a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Master's in Loss and Bereavement. I'm fully accredited by the IACP.
Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a deeper therapeutic process, I’m here to help. Based just outside Wexford Town, I offer both online therapy across Ireland and in-person counselling in Wexford.

How I approach therapy
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for adults - online or in-person here in Wexford - in a way that’s supportive, grounded, and led by you.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, grieving, or unsure where to begin, therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on and start to move forward.
Together, we’ll go at your pace - creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and in control of what we explore.

What to expect in therapy
Starting therapy - whether online or in person - can feel like a big step. But it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Here’s how the process works, step by step.
1. Book a free call
A relaxed, no-pressure chat to see if we’re a good fit and answer any questions you have about starting therapy.
2. Your first session
A safe, supportive space to reflect and begin exploring what’s been going on - at your pace.
3. Ongoing therapy
If we decide to continue, we’ll work together toward your goals - whether short-term or longer-term support feels right.
